Deputy Principal Chen Wu, who has a master's degree in Chinese Language  and Linguistics from a renowned university in China, has been teaching in Australia for over thirty years and has been awarded the title of "Excellent Overseas Chinese Teacher". Teacher Lin Jianling has been engaged in Chinese teaching since 1995 and has nearly thirty years of rich teaching experience. Within a 5 min walk from Eastwood Station, we are an art school that serves our local community from aged 3+ to adults.
You’ll learn epping art school and gallery to see things as an artist by participating in a variety of tasks and activities that allow you to fine-tune your perceptive skills to become a more confident drawer. Each week, our tertiary-qualified art tutors guide students through professionally designed lesson plans in fully equipped, artist-quality studios. They’ll master essential skills including colour mixing, composition, mixed media, and transforming big ideas into stunning finished artwork. All art classes run according to regular schedules during public school terms.

By exploring the techniques and styles of these legendary Surrealists, students will not only build technical skills but also discover how to channel imagination into captivating creations. These lessons will prepare them to produce meaningful artworks that stand out in portfolios or exhibitions, reflecting the innovative spirit celebrated in Surrealism. With over 10 years of teaching experience, we’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students from Kindergarten to Year 12 on their creative journeys. We specialise in helping students develop strong, meaningful bodies of work for HSC success and university entry. We’re running 2 art workshops choc full of fun Christmas art activities!

It provides a space to explore imagination and develop problem-solving skills while fostering emotional expression and empathy. Through art, children build confidence, appreciate diverse perspectives, and learn from each other. The hands-on nature of art class also enhances fine motor skills and coordination.

My daughter has developed wonderful friendships within the TWA family and loves attending her classes each week. Our vision is to create an art school to encourage art making, experiment different art forms, and to inspire, to connect with one another, and to discover oneself and the world. I have been in touch with the activities of the institute since its inception. The amount of hard work and the extent of the creativity involved by  the head Jaya Fialok is amazing.
Many of these pieces were created in response to personal stories and themes, including friendship, family, and pandemic life.These exhibitions reflect the depth and creativity of our students, from early primary to senior class levels and show just how much can grow from strong foundations.
